Dual Shower Head
(Sex in the Shower)
Reviewed by Lorraine Ames
Getting in the shower with one of your dirty friends is always fun, but it has a
downside: One of you is always a little less soggy and, thus, feeling chilly, no matter
how hot the action. To resolve this bath-time dilemma, there’s the Dual Shower Head.
The marketing behind the product is brilliant: “Conserve water, never shower alone!”
states the product’s packaging, and we like their thinking. The Dual Shower Head
connects to your shower as a single unit, but branches out into two individual heads.
The heads work as one unit, but there are four water-pressure options to choose
from: both heads using a full-body spray; both in a pulsating massage; one full-body
spray and one pulsating massage; or both heads giving a full-body spray with the
pulsing massage jets in the center. We contemplated complaining about the fact that
each head doesn’t have its own individual settings, but realized all too soon that we
couldn’t be bothered to pay all that much attention to what the water was doing while
we were under the spray, just that both parties managed to stay wet. |

The heads swivel, so you can twist and turn them until you’re both getting the proper coverage, and it gives you freedom to move
about the shower stall without worrying too much about being out of range, so you’ll have more room to play than in a traditional
one-head shower. And when you’re forced to shower solo, you can still use the Dual Shower Head for a little more shower freedom.
Twice the water means you can move around sudsing up and rinsing off without being out of range of the soothingly hot spray (or
icy-cold stream, during those humid summer months). So even if you’re not into sex in the shower, this is a product you’ll want to
consider springing for; it will improve your daily shower no matter how you use it. |
